You may browse the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own personal or internal business use. You must not:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent
  • introduce malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
  • overload the site, or scrape or copy substantial parts of it, including to train AI models, without our written permission

Information on the site

The site gives general information about V.ONE and its services. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Prices, timelines and the price calculator are indicative and are not an offer. The terms of any engagement, including fees, any deferred fee or equity arrangement and the delivery timeline, apply only once they are set out in a written agreement we both sign. Portfolio results are described in good faith; past results don’t guarantee future ones.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise that it is complete or error-free.

Intellectual property

The V.ONE name and logos, and the site’s text, design and code, belong to Ugenie AI LTD or are used under licence. Venture names, logos and screenshots in the portfolio belong to their respective owners.

The site is free to use. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time, and we don’t guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

If you use the site for business

To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and other terms that might apply to the site or its content. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from relying on its content. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer

The site is provided for your domestic and private use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. If defective digital content we supply damages a device or digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Our privacy and cookies policy explains how we use personal information.

General

If a court decides any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
